Tatiana serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Haywood-Berk Flooring Inc. She was born in Flushing, NY  and has built a successful career in the flooring and construction industry. Tatiana brings more than 15 years of experience in flooring operations, estimating, and client management. Her daily responsibilities include leading the estimating team and overseeing project proposals and budgeting. She is also responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. In addition, Tatiana manages all insurance-related matters for the company to help ensure smooth project operations and compliance. She currently resides in Upper Saddle River with her family. Tatiana and Joseph are proud parents of their two daughters, Layla and Mila.
