In his role, he is responsible for performing detailed take-offs based on architectural plans and specifications. His work helps ensure accurate material quantities, labor estimates, and project budgeting. Jesther was born and raised in the Philippines, where he developed a strong interest in engineering and construction. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering Technology from one of the top state universities in his country. Through his education and professional experience, Jesther has built a strong foundation in construction estimating.
