In his role, he is responsible for performing detailed take-offs based on architectural plans and specifications. His work helps ensure accurate material quantities, labor estimates, and project budgeting. Jesther was born and raised in the Philippines, where he developed a strong interest in engineering and construction. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering Technology from one of the top universities.
